The US House Select Committee finished its final report on Hurricane Katrina preparedness and response on February 15, 2006.  The report, which is some 500 pages long, was posted on a special webpage at http://katrina.house.gov/.  However, the committee is disbanding soon and the committee's website will eventually be removed. You can download the Committee's full report from here. The address to this webpage will remain constant.
